10am: Pilates – Yoga – Body conditioning (90 minutes)

Tuesdays
10:15am: Yogalates (60 minutes)
6:45pm: Body Conditioning (60 minutes)

Wednesday
12pm: Yoga – Pilates – Body Conditioning (90 minutes)

Thursday
7:15pm: Body Conditioning (60 minutes)

Friday
12:30pm: Body conditioning – Yoga – Pilates (90 minutes)
